Life Choices Online Introduction
It has been over fifteen years since I began working in the field of behavioral health. Services have been provided for adults from age eighteen through the senior years in modes which include Individual, Marital, and Group. Settings have included Acute Care Psychiatrist Hospitals, Community Agencies, as well as Private Group Practice. During this time I have been responsible for Program Development, Clinical Supervision, Lectures and Intern Supervision.
My goal was to create a wide array of skills and knowledge to bring into therapy because no one approach applies to everyone. I have worked with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Therapy, Client Centered and Supportive Therapy, Life Coaching, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Existentialism, to name a few. All of this has combined to give me experience with a wide range of human conditions.
